About “Škofja Loka Passion Play”
A 1721 play, the oldest play in Slovene. The Škofja Loka Passion Play, in its current form, was a penitential Passion procession written on the basis of an older tradition in 1715, with minor corrections until 1727, by Father Romuald, a Capuchin friar of the Škofja Loka Capuchin monastery.
