About “Lahuta e malcís”
The Highland Lute is an Albanian national epic poem written by the Albanian friar and poet Gjergj Fishta. It was completed and published in 1937. The work is made up of 30 songs and contains more than 17,000 verses. It is considered a significant literary achievement and a central part of Albanian cultural heritage.
