Mōretsu Atarō is a Japanese comedy manga series written by Fujio Akatsuka. It was serialized from 1967 to 1970 in Weekly Shōnen Sunday. The series was adapted into two anime television productions by Toei Doga, which aired on TV Asahi. The first anime adaptation, from the 1960s, consisted of 90 episodes, while the second, from the 1990s, had 34 episodes.
