About “Mad River”

Three teenagers with troubled pasts and firearms embark on a violent crime spree across rural Minnesota, beginning with the killing of a highway patrolman and continuing with the murder of a woman during a robbery. Bureau of Criminal Apprehension investigator Virgil Flowers joins the pursuit as the perpetrators' actions are documented on cell phones and shared with a local television station.
