In 2040, the European Union achieves a breakthrough in genetic engineering, enabling the reversal of aging through treatment in rejuvenation tanks. Seventy-eight-year-old philanthropist Jeff Baker undergoes the procedure and emerges physically twenty years old, but with the mind and experience of a septuagenarian, leading to personal and familial upheaval as his renewed libido disrupts relationships with his son Tim, his wife, and friends, while political instability in the Union intensifies.
