About “Moshidora”
Moshidora is a 2009 Japanese novel by Natsumi Iwasaki. It follows Minami Kawashima, a high school girl who manages her school's baseball team. She uses Peter Drucker's Management: Tasks, Responsibilities, Practices to inspire her teammates and improve their performance. The story focuses on her efforts to rebuild team morale and achieve success through management principles. A 10-episode anime adaptation by Production I.G aired in April and May 2011.
