Seraph of the End, also known as Seraph of the End: Vampire Reign, is a Japanese manga series written by Takaya Kagami, illustrated by Yamato Yamamoto, and featuring storyboards by Daisuke Furuya. The story is set in a world where a "human-made" virus causes global devastation, leaving only children under thirteen unharmed. Vampires and other supernatural beings emerge in the aftermath. The main character, Yuichiro Hyakuya, joins a vampire extermination unit to avenge his family and rescue his childhood friend Mikaela from the vampires.
