About “Shamo”
Shamo is a Japanese action manga series written by Akio Tanaka and Izo Hashimoto, with art by Tanaka. It was first serialized in Weekly Manga Action from 1998 to 2003, then moved to Evening in 2004. The series was discontinued in 2007 but returned in 2011 and concluded in 2015. The story follows a boy who kills his parents and becomes a cold-blooded martial artist.
