Spirit of Wonder is a Japanese anthology manga series created and illustrated by Kenji Tsuruta. It was originally serialized in Kodansha's seinen manga magazines Morning and Monthly Afternoon. The series inspired two separate original video animation (OVA) adaptations. The first was a single-episode OVA titled Spirit of Wonder: Miss China's Ring, produced by Ajia-do Animation Works and released by Toshiba-EMI in 1992.
