About “Taipingjing”
The Taipingjing refers to several Taoist texts, with at least two known works bearing this title. One version, Tiānguān lì Bāoyuán Tàipíng jīng, consists of 12 chapters, but its contents are unknown, and it is attributed to Gan Zhongke. Another version, Tàipíng Qīnglǐng Shū, contains 170 chapters, though only 57 survive in the Daozang. The author of this second text is unknown.
