About “The Bottoms”
In 1933 in East Texas, a young boy named Harry Collins and his little sister discover the body of a Black woman who has been brutally mutilated in the bottoms of the Sabine River. After a second body is found, this one of a white woman, Harry and his sister attempt to uncover the truth behind the killings while navigating the racial tensions and violence of their community.
