Dennis lives a lonely life with a depressed father, a bullying brother, and a rule against hugging. He finds joy in soccer, where he is the top scorer, and has a secret love for fashion. His friend Lisa finds his Vogue magazines and encourages him to wear a dress to school. Disguised as "Denise," he causes laughter in class but is caught by the headmaster. As a result, Dennis is expelled and banned from the soccer Final Cup. His team faces the challenge of winning without their star player.
