The Carpet People is a comic fantasy novel written by British author Terry Pratchett. It was first published in 1971 when Pratchett was 17 years old. The novel was later revised by the author, with the revised edition published in 1992. In the Author's Note of the revised edition, Pratchett mentioned that the book had two authors, both of whom were himself.
