Tyler and Lucinda spend their summer vacation with their uncle Gideon on Ordinary Farm in Standard Valley, California, where they discover the farm is inhabited by dragons, unicorns, a flying monkey, a demon squirrel, and other creatures with unusual powers. As mysterious and dangerous secrets emerge, the children must work together to protect their uncle and the farm from threats that endanger both the creatures and themselves.
