About “The Education of a Christian Woman”
The Education of a Christian Woman is a sixteenth-century book written by Juan Luis Vives in 1523. It was intended for the education of Mary I of England, the daughter of Henry VIII. The original Latin title was De Institutione Feminae Christianae, and it was dedicated to Catherine of Aragon.
