The Guy She Was Interested in Wasn't a Guy at All, also known as KiniOto or TGSWIIWAGAA, is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Sumiko Arai. It began as a short story posted on Arai's Twitter account from July to September 2021. The series started a weekly run on the same platform in April 2022 and later moved to Pixiv Comic in April 2023. Kadokawa Shoten published the manga in print in April 2023, and as of February 2026, its chapters had been collected into four tankōbon volumes.
