About “The princess and the pea”
"The Princess and the Pea" is a fairy tale written by Hans Christian Andersen. It tells the story of a princess who must prove her royal status to win the hand of a lonely prince. The tale was first published on 8 May 1835 in Copenhagen by C. A. Reitzel. It was included in a small booklet that contained three other stories by Andersen.
