Tokyo Underground is a Japanese manga series created by Akinobu Uraku and published by Square Enix. It was adapted into an anime television series by Pierrot, directed by Hayato Date, and aired on TV Tokyo from April to September 2002. The anime was released on DVD in North America by Geneon Entertainment, in the UK by Manga Entertainment, and in Australia by Tokyo Night Train. It later aired in Canada on G4techTV starting July 22, 2007, and was also broadcast in the Philippines on ABS-CBN and Hero TV, and in Australia on Adult Swim.
