About “Who Can Be Happy and Free in Russia?”
Who Lives Happily in Russia? is an epic four-part poem by Nikolai Nekrasov. He began publishing it in January 1866 in the journals Sovremennik and Otechestvennye Zapiski. The fourth part, titled The Feast for All the World, was written between 1876 and 1877 but remained unfinished.
