About “Yupian”
The Yupian is a Chinese dictionary compiled by Gu Yewang during the Liang dynasty, around the year 543. It contains 12,158 character entries arranged under 542 radicals, which are slightly different from the original 540 radicals in the Shuowen Jiezi.
