About “Truckers”

Under the floorboards of the Store lives a world of four-inch-tall nomes that humans cannot see. They believe the Store was created by Arnold Bros. for them, and that there is no Outside. This belief is challenged when a group of nomes arrives, claiming to be from Outside and speaking of Day and Night, Snow, and other strange concepts. They reveal that the Store is about to be demolished. Masklin, one of the Outside nomes, must create an escape plan to save the nomes. This story, by Terry Pratchett, follows their journey as they confront new ideas and face the reality of their world.
