About “Inwa Yazawin”

Inwa Yazawin is a Burmese chronicle that documented the history of the Ava Kingdom. Its existence was first noted in an early 15th-century chronicle called Yazawin Kyaw, which has survived. Some parts of Inwa Yazawin were still known in the 1720s, as they were referenced in Maha Yazawin, the official chronicle of the Toungoo Dynasty. The original text of Inwa Yazawin is now lost.
