About “Nidana Arambhakatha”
Nidāna Ārambhakathā is a Mon language chronicle that is part of a larger work known as Ramann'-uppatti-dipaka. The surviving copy of Nidāna dates to the 18th century, but the text mentions that its original manuscript was compiled in year 900 ME. Some sections of the text likely date back to the early 17th century.
