About “Making all things new”
Written in response to friends asking what the author means by "the spiritual life," this short book aims to both explain what the spiritual life is and create a desire to live it. It describes the beginning of the spiritual life as difficult, since worries feel strong while God's presence feels barely noticeable, until prayer, solitude, and community bring a new hunger that signals God's presence.
