About “Doraemon: Nobita and the Windmasters”
Doraemon: Nobita and the Windmasters, also known as Doraemon and the Wind People, is a 2003 Japanese animated science fantasy film that premiered on March 8, 2003 in Japan. It is the 24th film in the Doraemon series and is based on the Doraemon manga created by Fujiko F. Fujio. The film draws partial inspiration from the 1974 manga chapter "Phoony the Typhoon.
