About “Magna moralia”
Magna Moralia is a treatise on ethics traditionally attributed to Aristotle, though scholarly consensus now holds it to be an epitome of his ethical thought by a later, sympathetic writer. Some scholars, including Friedrich Schleiermacher, Hans von Arnim, and J. L. Ackrill, have disagreed and argued it is authentically Aristotle's. It is considered less mature than his Nicomachean Ethics and Eudemian Ethics. (Summary adapted from Wikipedia, CC BY-SA 4.0.)
