About “A Whistling Woman”
Frederica falls into a career in television in London while tumultuous events in her home region of Yorkshire threaten to change her life. In the late 1960s, near a university where scientists Luk and Jacqueline study snails and neurones, an anti-university forms, and a therapeutic community on the moors is taken over by a charismatic leader.
