Pro hockey star Ryan Price, an enforcer on the ice, deals with anxiety off the ice. After being traded to the Toronto Guardians, he moves to the city's LGBTQ Village, hoping for a fresh start. There, he reunites with Fabian Salah, a musician from his past. Fabian dislikes hockey but is drawn to Ryan, recalling a near-kiss from high school. He becomes Ryan's guide to Toronto's gay scene, helping him explore clubs, art, and a growing relationship. Despite the joy and passion they share, Ryan's career as a player is taking a toll on his health, and he may have to retire to build a future with Fabian.
