Sammy Jacobs is a boy who loves ghosts and science fiction, but his parents, who are real scientists, don’t think his interests are serious. One day, Sammy meets someone who is not real—his new friend is invisible and spends time in his room and even eats his cereal. Sammy needs to find a way to get rid of his invisible friend, but the challenge is harder than he expected. The story follows Sammy as he tries to deal with his unusual and unseen guest.
