One of their own has gone rogue and threatens global armageddon, aiming to install himself at the head of a new world order. Otto, Wing, and other H.I.V.E. students are en route to an Arctic training exercise known as the ninety-three-percenter, named for the proportion of students who make it back alive. Before they arrive, events overtake them and they end up in the sights of the most dangerous man alive.
