As a final battle with Overlord looms, the H.I.V.E. heroes face an unimaginably dangerous weapon. Overlord has been reborn with the ability to move from body to body, killing the host, and needs Otto, the only host designed to truly contain him, to find H.I.V.E.'s location and seize a secret Army weapons program vulnerable to his control. Nero activates Zero Hour, a plan for dealing with any G.L.O.V.E. member on the brink of true global domination, as a desperate race across the globe begins.
