Nathan Byrn is on the run as the Alliance of Free Witches faces near destruction, pursued by the Council's Hunters. To secure the missing half of Gabriel's amulet—a powerful artifact capable of making its bearer invincible—he must travel to America and convince the reclusive witch Ledger to aid him. The amulet, combined with Nathan's inherited Gifts from Marcus, could shift the balance in the ongoing civil war between Black and White witches.
