About “A dangerous man”
Henry Thompson, a reluctant hitman, is struggling with his life and health. His boss, Russian mobster David Dolokhov, is unhappy with his performance. Henry is assigned to watch a minor league baseball player named Miguel Arenas, who has a gambling problem. Henry doesn't care for Miguel but feels a connection to him, as he once had a bright future as a baseball player. He ran from his past after a favor led to violence and the deaths of his girlfriend and friends. When Miguel is drafted by the Mets, Henry returns to New York, the place where his troubles began. There, he might find a reason to live, even if it costs him his life.
