Kris offers actor Nate $10,000 to seduce her father's gold-digging fiancée, and he counters with $15,000 and a kiss from her, to be claimed whenever he chooses. Desperate to get rid of her future stepmother, Kris agrees, not realizing the arrangement will cost her far more than money as she and Nate, from opposite worlds, fall for each other and must decide what they're willing to give up.
