About “Black Seconds”
Ida Joner, a happy girl about to turn ten, rides her new bike to buy sweets and never returns. Her mother Helga calls friends and the shop before contacting police. Hundreds of volunteers search, but no trace of Ida or her bike is found. Inspector Sejer stays calm though puzzled, since missing children are usually found within forty-eight hours, and Ida seems to have vanished without a trace.
