High Time to Kill, published in 1999, is the fourth novel by Raymond Benson to feature James Bond, the secret agent created by Ian Fleming. It is the first James Bond novel to be copyrighted by Ian Fleming Publications. The book was released in the United Kingdom by Hodder & Stoughton and in the United States by Putnam.
