Le Mystère de la chambre jaune est un roman policier écrit par Gaston Leroux et publié en 1907. C’est la première aventure du jeune reporter Joseph Rouletabille. Le roman a été publié en douze parties dans le supplément littéraire de L'Illustration du 7 septembre au 30 novembre 1907. Il a ensuite été publié en volume en janvier 1908 chez l’éditeur Pierre Lafitte. L’œuvre est considérée comme l’un des modèles du genre des romans d’« énigme en chambre close ».
