This monograph studies mixing, the analysis of dependence between sigma-fields on the same probability space, a tool relevant to random fields, Markov processes, and central limit theorems. It is divided into two parts covering the definitions and properties of mixing theory and the mixing properties of classical processes, random fields, and linear and Gaussian fields.
