About “Exile”
The Legacy of the Force is a series of nine science fiction novels set in the Star Wars expanded universe. It was published from 2006 to 2008 and takes place about 40 years after Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope. The series begins around 11 years after the New Jedi Order saga. The books were published by Del Rey Books and written by Troy Denning, Aaron Allston, and Karen Traviss, with each author taking turns writing the novels.
