Jean walked this morning with a blue seed bag tied around his waist, holding the opening with his left hand. With his right hand, every three steps, he took a handful of grain and threw it with a quick motion. His heavy shoes pierced the rich soil, moving in a steady rhythm with his body. Each time he threw the seeds, the golden grains flew through the air, and among them, the two red stripes of a worn military jacket could be seen.
