About “Murder can't wait”
Stuart Fleming, a former Dyckman University football player laid up with a broken leg, calls police with a story about gamblers targeting current players for point-shaving. Lieutenant Nathan Shapiro visits to question him but finds he has been shot dead. Captain Heimrich takes over the case, discovering football is not the only sport involved.
