About “Mr. Cool”
Mr. Cool is a character introduced in 2003 as part of a new series of Mr. Men books written by Adam Hargreaves, who took over the franchise following the death of his father, Roger Hargreaves. The book was one of three new Mr. Men titles released that year, with Adam assuming authorship after learning to draw the characters over a three-year period. The series continues to credit Roger Hargreaves on the covers, as Adam considers his name integral to the brand.
