About “My Hero Academia: Vigilantes, Vol. 1”
In a society where superpowered individuals can become licensed heroes, some choose to fight for justice without official sanction, operating as vigilantes. Koichi Haimawari, unable to become a licensed hero, uses his Quirk to help others and teams up with two other untrained individuals after a confrontation with local thugs.
