Celebrity decoratiste Aristotle Halcyon leads a campaign of controlled demolition, having already removed the Asteroid Belt and the Oort Cloud. He now aims to enhance Jupiter's appearance by eliminating several of its moons. However, the ancient satellites hide dangerous secrets. The Doctor, Fitz, and Trix uncover these dangers as eco-terrorists plot sabotage, corrupt officials profit from the chaos, and hidden forces act with their own motives. The Doctor realizes that millions of people are in imminent danger of a violent and untimely end.
