About “A Bear Called Paddington”
Mr. and Mrs. Brown first meet Paddington, an endearing bear from Darkest Peru, on a railway platform in London, wearing a sign asking that he be looked after. From his first attempted bath, which nearly floods the house, Paddington is seldom far from imminent disaster, delighting Jonathan and Judy and filling the Browns' life with adventure.
