Evie also deals with the stress of her upcoming prom and a curse on her shape-shifting boyfriend, Lend, which causes him to fall asleep whenever they are together. Even her ex-boyfriend, the faerie Reth, cannot undo the dark magic. As an epic battle approaches, Evie must make critical decisions that will affect the fate of the paranormal world and her own life. The novel was published in 2012.
