The Legend of Drizzt, a novel by R. A. Salvatore, is part of the Forgotten Realms series and the third book in the Paths of Darkness series. It is also the thirteenth book in the Drizzt series. The story follows Drizzt and his companions as they leave Mithral Hall to search for Wulfgar. They discover that the warhammer Aegis-fang has been taken by the pirate captain Sheila Kree. Wulfgar is pursuing her, and the group joins the search, leading to a significant reunion and a final battle for Wulfgar's soul. The book concludes with the battle but leaves the story open for future developments.
