Taliesin is the adventure of Charis, an Atlantean princess who escaped the destruction of her homeland, and Taliesin, a fabled seer and druid prince. The story takes place during a time of legend, as the remnants of Roman rule in Britain fade and the lost kingdom of Atlantis is destroyed. Charis and Taliesin's love bridges two worlds during a time of great upheaval. Their relationship is said to have led to the miracles of Merlin and the rise of Arthur the king. The novel weaves together the fall of Atlantis and the beginning of a new era in Britain.
