About “Pathways”
Jeri Taylor, co-creator of Star Trek: Voyager, wrote Pathways, a novel that explores the backgrounds of Captain Kathryn Janeway's crew. The story takes place after the crew is separated from the USS Voyager and trapped in a disease-ridden alien prison camp. To stay hopeful, the crew shares the personal journeys that brought them to the Delta Quadrant. Each character has a unique past: a young man expected for greatness, a half-Human woman struggling to belong, a traveler who found his greatest treasure, a young man who lost love in pursuit of dreams, a Vulcan who formed a bond with a courageous Human woman, a curious child-woman who discovered new worlds, and a man whose love for Janeway may be key to their survival. Though they started as individuals, they have become a strong team under her leadership.
