About “Memory Prime”

Memory Prime is a 1988 novel by Judith and Garfield Reeves-Stevens. Memory Prime, a location housing several computer research libraries, hosts the 23rd century's Nobel Prize award in science, and the Enterprise is chosen to transport the scientists there. An assassin boards the ship intending to destroy the Federation, and Spock is wrongfully implicated before working to prove his innocence and find the true perpetrator. The novel also features the return of Mira Romaine, a character first seen in the television episode "The Lights of Zetar."
